About Us

Advanta was established in London, Munich and Madrid in 2003 by a group of senior loss adjusters. Our highly developed technical skills have been acquired over many years of extensive international experience, and we continually strive to refine our services and our key competencies to meet and, where possible, to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Advanta Quantity Surveying (Advanta QS) is a specialist practice established to provide cost analysis support to Advanta’s loss adjusting business and consultancy services to the insurance and reinsurance industry worldwide.

Our tailored solutions are led and delivered by construction professionals and RICS-accredited quantity surveyors with significant experience in dealing with construction projects and post-loss remedial works.

Our technically qualified and RICS accredited team provide a professional and cost-effective resource to ensure timely progression of remedial works and early quantum verification.

Working with our adjusting teams on property, construction, energy and liability claims across the world they have proven success in helping:
• the parties avoid disputes during the claims process,
• to reduce insurers’ claims indemnity-spend, and
• to manage insured parties’ expectations by the early identification and mitigation of potential uninsured exposures that may arise in any claim situation.
The team’s support to Advanta adjusters is also critical to ensure that, in a construction environment, contractual claims are appropriately dealt with separately from the insurance claims assessment process.

As an RICS accredited firm, we are obligated to meet and exceed the highest professional and ethical standards with the aim to always promote trust in the profession.
